So some of us are still in Summer mode with all this glorious sunshine we've been having, but it's time to think Autumn/Winter fashion and what's trending! That's right its time to start thinking of chunky knits and shorter days! One trend standing out is the 80's comeback, this trend has many controversial views... our view? Well I was born in the mid 80's so I gotta love it right? The power suits I'm all for but not sure ill be heading for the oversized big shoulder pads!
Bold and beautiful? Bright bold block colours are due to be a popular trend with all red outfits leading the way forward!
But for those less adventurous in wearing bright and bold there will be more subtle tones of aubergine, tan and burnt orange.
The subtle tones are our most Fav including this burnt orange all in one loungesuit! The subtle two tone tan waterfall jacket is an ultimate Autumn buy with the price tag set at just £28! Layering which is seen throughout every Autumn and Winter will be easy with all the tones blending together.
70's inspired plaids? well according to the likes of Stella McCartney and Prada these will be big this A/W and to be quite truthful I'm excited for this trend, I love to mix a plain outfit with a full on check plaid jacket when I do I feel like I'm winning in life...well for that day anyway!
look out for beige and chocolate monogrammed clothes, brown will be the new black this coming Winter.
A trend that we've seen a lot through the summer months and throughout past AW collections is leopard print, tacky some of you may think but if worn correctly and in the right way this print can make an outfit stand out from the rest for all the right reasons! Now we don't want to see overkill with leopard everything, a simple black outfit could be dressed with suedette leopard killer heel ankle boots, or a leopard duster jacket. Or if you have on a leopard outfit like this leopard swing dress below then team it with subtle plain tone accessories and plain shoes.
Not only are we excited for the leopard print but all the other animal prints that will be seen this new season, so keep a look for snake cow and zebra prints aswell.
Chunky knits, trying to imagine Winter without cosy knits is near on impossible. This A/W you will see lots of chunky oversized knits, with a variation of cuts and fringing. This tie front shaggy cardigan is one of our fav pieces out of our AW18 collection.
Look out for bright slogan jumpers, these are sure to be a big hit and sell out fast! Another retail smash will be the zigzagged ponchos and general oversized cozy jumpers, perfect for everyone to snuggle up to.
This is just our first little insight to the up and coming trends for Autumn Winter 2018, our thoughts...we Love them all and cant wait!
